I did pretty well on last week’s menu plan. I only missed one night because we went out with the family to dinner. I made the pepperoni and cheese croissants, slow cooker ranch chicken, and the breakfast egg and sausage gravy bowls. I didn’t bother with the stuffed bread for lunch on Saturday because we had so many leftovers. I’m going to stop planning Saturday lunches because of that. I couldn’t make the bacon and cheese muffins this week because I didn’t buy enough bacon at the store. Whoops! I’m going to try for them again this week instead. What do you have on your menu plan this week?

Dinner: Friend’s birthday/super bowl party

I finally decide what I’m having at about 4pm. I’m awful about that! Tonight I’m having leftovers. See? It’s 4pm, and I just figured that out.
