Easiest recipe ever!! Just two ingredients and very yummy! I was in the mood to bake tonight so I was browsing Pinterest and found this recipe. In my picture I show cream cheese frosting, but I decided I wasn’t going to frost these cupcakes and just leave them as they are. They don’t dome up as nicely as regular cupcakes. They’re kind of a mix of a cupcake and a muffin.
That’s it for the ingredients. You don’t add anything that the box mix asks for. If you want a little more of a pumpkin flavor you could add some pumpkin pie spice to it.
Mix your pumpkin and cake mix together until smooth.
Spoon into cupcake liners or spray a cupcake tray with non-stick spray
Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes or until done in the middle.
Enjoy!! And if you have extra pumpkin leftover like I did, you can make my pumpkin cream cheese recipe.

Yum. I could eat one now. I seldom have pumpkin puree in the house. I am more of a sweet potato gal. But I’d buy Pumpkin for this!
