I have recently started Weight Watchers again because I found that I was 100 pounds away from my goal weight. ONE HUNDRED. YIKES! I knew I had to make some changes. It was time. I can’t let myself get sick and leave my kids behind. I’m sharing with you my top 10 favorite Weight Watchers accessories to help make your life easier on this way of living.

If you aren’t going to go to the weekly workshops to check in then a good quality scale is a must. Make sure you’re weighing in at the same time every week. Try to wear similar clothes so you know what your body weight is really doing.

Weighing your food so you are sure to get the correct number of points is a really important to make sure you don’t stall in your weight loss.

Measuring your food is as important as weighing your food. Always keeping track of portions is vital to your success!
