Mega Bloks Barbie™ Build ‘n Play Luxe Camper

Have you ever heard of Glamping? I hadn’t until a few weeks ago. Glamping is glamour camping for those that don’t know. If there’s anyone that does Glamping up right, it’s Barbie! You can now play glamp with Barbie and Chelsea! We were given this set to review and give our opinions. All opinions are my own (and my children.)

Barbie Glamping

My 8 yr old son put this together for my daughter and he next thing I knew it disappeared! She stole it before I could get pictures because she loved it so much. I finally got (what I think) were all the pieces back to take some pictures for you. I love all the little details! The camper has seatbelts, Chelsea has a cute helmet to wear while riding her scooter, there is a fire pit, and bunkbeds in the camper as well. The only thing that bugs me is that you can’t take the helmet off so apparently Chelsea has to wear a helmet 100% of the time or be bald.

Barbie Camper

I didn’t notice until I was editing the pictures that the dashboard wasn’t pushed down all the way. Whoops! Here’s a little bit more about the set:

Barbie™ and her little sister Chelsea™ head out on a coast to coast, fun-filled road trip in the Mega Bloks Barbie™ Build ’n Play Luxe Camper. Build and decorate the sparkling pink camper any way you want as Barbie™ and Chelsea™ visit all of their favorite attractions and hottest stores. Now it’s time to unwind and take a dip in the hot tub before setting up the picnic table for a tasty treat. Later, Barbie™ builds a fire and lazes around on a lounge chair, while Chelsea™ heads out for a quick scooter ride. Glamping has never been more relaxing!

This sparkling holiday cruiser opens up to reveal everything and let you enjoy the Camper on the inside, including bunk beds, make-up area and the front seats. Set out on the road with Barbie™ and Chelsea™ and make it a trip you’ll never forget!

Combine your Build ‘n Play Luxe Camper with other Mega Bloks Barbie™ sets and build the Barbie™ world you imagine!

Ideal for ages 4-10!

One of these days, maybe during spring break, we will set up all of Monkey’s Barbie Mega Bloks sets to play with like a town. That will be fun! The Mega Bloks Barbie™ Build ‘n Play Luxe Camper has an MSRP of $29.99 which I think is not bad for such a cute set with so much detail! Be sure to like Mega Bloks on Facebook and follow on Twitter @MegaBloks #BarbieCamper. Win your own Build ‘n Play Luxe Camper by filling out the Gleam form below and for another chance to win, check out Kim’s thoughts on theysmell.com.

We like regular camping with tents! My cousin has two daughters that would thoroughly enjoy this. Unfortunately my daughter is still too young for this set! Boo! I wanna play too!

We love camping and my 6 year old just started looking at girl Lego sets recently and wants some. She loves little things – her favorites are the mini Lalaloopsy dolls, and Polly Pockets and loves to build things, so these would be great for her! I bet she would love these!

We don’t camp, when we were young and went camping with my dad it was definitely in camping style. My husband is not a camper and we would be more of a “glammer”

We bought a nice tent a few years ago but have only used it a few times in our backyard. Haven’t ventured out into the normal wilderness yet. Hopefully this summer!
