This past week was insanely busy and not in a good way. Too many things came up and I don’t even remember WHAT we ate in this house. I only ended up making 2 of the 5 recipes we had planned. Once again, I didn’t get to make my chicken burritos or Herbed Pork Chops. I did make the chicken pot pie, which was good and everyone liked it but Monkey. I’m hoping this week isn’t quite as hectic. I have a lot to get done before baby gets here!

Tuesday:
- Crockpot Cream Cheese Chicken
- Green Beans
Wednesday:
- Black Bean and Beef Chimichangas
Thursday:
- Pizza Grilled Cheese
- Tomato Soup

- Salad
Saturday:
- Velveeta Spicy Chicken Spaghetti
Sunday:
- Chicken Perfection

What are you using for the cheese? I know you’re not using Velveeta! I want a different substitute for that. I really liked the soup besides putting processed cheese into it.
