#24Week #Pregnancy Update

Not a whole lot has changed since my 22 Week update. I’m just trying to make it day by day. I go in next week for my 25 week appointment and then after that I go for my glucose screening; YUCK! My sister in law had her baby almost two weeks ago with the same OB and he and their team were absolutely amazing with her. It makes me jealous that I can’t have the birth I want, but I know what’s important is that I’ll be holding a healthy baby girl at the end of the day. Speaking of birth, we did tentatively set the date for her birth in Jan. The doctor and I don’t agree on my due date, so as far as I’m concerned I’ll be delivering a day late while he says it’s a week early. I’m tired a lot lately and need to be in bed by 9 or I’m no fun. I’m starting to get more of the aches and pains of pregnancy, too. Monkey, so far, is the only one besides me to feel the baby move. She is so super excited to have a baby sister. It’s getting to be time to start working on their bedroom to make room for the new one. I started shopping for her and got all of the clothes below for $38.75 at a resale.

BabyGirlClothes

I can’t wait to see her in all of that! Today I’m starting to look for companies to let me work with them for my Christmas Baby Gift Guide that I’m going to publish here. Keep an eye out because I hope to have some good giveaways as well! That’s about it for now. I’ll have another update in 4 weeks!

awwww I love those clothes and you got a great deal on them too!!! I always hated the glucose screening. I had GD with 2 of my 5 pregnancies … the 3 hour test just about KILLED me!

Oooo — I was in LOVE with that Gymboree Argyle when my kiddos were little … I hunted and hunted and hunted (resale and online) to find all the piece for one outfit. It was my favorite… I love it just as much in the pink!

You look great but sorry you are getting so tired. Good luck on the glucose test!

Cute stuff & don’t fret about how the baby comes. I had a scheduled C & it is sort of good to know you will have the baby by day X (or sooner).

I love baby clothes! I had to schedule my daughters delivery too and had the same feeling of “disappointment” that I had to make that choice. But in the end it doesn’t matter at all, my baby girl turned out perfect even if she is almost 8 now.
