Kissimmee

Remember when I took a trip to New Orleans? Well, the awesome ladies that put on that trip are putting on another trip through BRANDfluential. This time we’ll be hitting up Kissimmee, FL, Nov 4-7. That’s less than two weeks! (A place I used to call home.) I’ve missed Florida a lot, so I’m so glad I get to go down and visit. (too bad there’s no extra time built in to visit my awesome friends.) There will be a little over 30 bloggers in 4 houses for 4 days.

Isn’t that awesome!! Next time I take my family to Kissimmee we will most likely rent one of these houses!!

Friday

First up in our awesome adventure is Zip-lining. If you know me, you know this is not something I would have even tried years ago. Heights?! Are you kidding? We’re going on a zipline safari. I soooo hope we get to see lots of wildlife on our safari! I JUST realized that Florida EcoSafaris is right down the “street” from where I lived last in St Cloud. I’m so excited to show everyone where I lived!

After a day outside we’ll head back to our houses and get ready for dinner at Sleuth’s Mystery Dinner.

You’ll be kept on the edge of your seat as you enjoy a delicious dinner and dessert with unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks. Our nightly performances feature one of our thirteen original comedy mysteries!

After that it’s back to our houses for Karaoke.

Saturday

First up is an Airboat ride at Boggy Creek Airboat Rides. I used to pass this place all the time, but never went. I went on one airboat ride before and had a blast. Looking forward to new experiences.

Then over to Gatorland! Another place I went by all the time but never went. I remember driving by after their really bad fire and thinking how sad it was. I can’t wait to experience all the animals there.

Change for dinner and out to Arabian Nights. How is it I lived in Orlando/Kissimmee for close to 10 years and never went to any of these places?! I love horses, so I can’t wait to go.

Sunday

The one place I have gone to: Disney World. I’ll miss having my kids with to enjoy it, but on the other hand, it’ll be nice to experience it with friends. This is the only day I’ll get to spend with one of my Florida friends. Monkey’s Godmother is going to get a ticket and spend the day with me. Can’t wait!
