Well I was back on track. I was tracking food and was on track to go to the gym 3 times last week. I went once. Once we found out we were approved for a mortgage our whole lives have been about finding a house. We were eating on the go and I had to miss both gym appointments to go out with our Realtor. I’m hoping to get going again soon. I’m very stressed and food is not the number 1 priority.

This week’s results:

Last Week’s Weight 188- Current Weight 188= Down 0 lbs

Start Weight 198- Current Weight 188 = Down 10 lbs total!

(I know my ticker says more weight loss than it does above. My ticker started after I had David. So I’ve lost 32 lbs in 13 months.)

You will be fine! Once you get into your new place, and get settled, I think you will slip in to your routine pretty easily 🙂

Stress.. I think that’s a huge factor in weight. So much more than we give it credit for. Wishing you a better week this week!! Keep up the awesome work, p!!

I just started an exercise regimen (finally- I had my baby almost 8 months ago) and I figured out a way to actually make me stick to it. It’s kind of embarrassing but I made myself a sticker chart. Just like the one I made for my two year old! But it definitely gets me to do the exercises everyday. Good luck!
