I haven’t been working hard on my diet (eating) this past week because I’m starting a strict eating diet on Monday. I joined a new gym and am taking part in their Biggest Loser contest. I need to track all my food and for the first month I need to visit the gym 3 times a week for 30 mins each (minimum.) This past week I went to Water Aerobics on Wednesday, did the treadmill on Friday and Saturday I had my circuit training for the competition. I had to go around the circuit twice, each station was 40 seconds long. (I believe there’s 13 stations. I’ll count next time I’m there.) I haven’t made it to the gym since Saturday because I’m watching an extra child this week. Tomorrow I will be back to the gym, though! I can’t wait!

This week’s results: Start Weight 198- Current Weight 196= Down 2 lbs!!

About Paula

Paula Krueger considers herself a "baby "chef, not because she cooks for babies, but because she's still learning how to cook. She started this blog after taking Wilton method classes and at that point was more interested in baking. She's since become more interested in learning to cook as her family has grown. She also covers product reviews and travel as well.
