Well, I know that last week I said I’d do better. I didn’t. 🙁 My week consisted of one workout, french fries, eggs, sausage, blueberry muffins, cookies, brownies… I fully expected a gain when I got on the scale this morning. I was completely shocked when my weight came up!! On the plus side, I think, I need to get new pants and bras. (It costs money to get such things, but it’s worth it to have this problem!!)
This week’s results:
Last Week’s Weight 191- Current Weight 188= Down 3 lbs!
Start Weight 198- Current Weight 188= Down 10 lbs total!
I am SO excited to have broken out of the 190s! I’m that much farther away from the dreaded 200! That much closer to my goal weight!!
(I know my ticker says more weight loss than it does above. My ticker started after I had David. So I’ve lost 32 lbs in 13 months.)
