I didn’t see a huge result this week but am not at all surprised. Last week I ate like a cow since I knew starting Monday I was on my strict diet. I’m actually finding it hard to get all my calories in with eating low calorie/low (or non) fat foods. I did much better yesterday than I did Monday. I went to the gym yesterday thinking it was my first Biggest Loser class only to find out I was two days early. My classes are on Thursdays, not Tuesdays. Whoops! As long as kids cooperate tonight I plan to go try Zumba. I’m nervous and excited to start it. I’m afraid I’m going to fall on my face in front of everyone but I really want to give it a go!
Right now my mindset is getting through each meal and each workout one at a time. I WILL lose this weight!
This week’s results:
Last Week’s Weight 196- Current Weight 195.5= Down .5 lbs!
Start Weight 198- Current Weight 195.5= Down 2.5 lbs total!

I reviewed a Zumba book teaching how to do the steps and it looks like such a fun class to take…Hope you have a blast! Good luck with your diet!

We are about the same weight but I am still halfway on the wagon but getting there. .5 down is GOOD!! Way to go!

Zumba is like Latin and African dance put together for an hour long workout. HARD! It was fun, though!
