I posted that I was getting a new desk on Jan 8. We picked up the desk on Monday and it had been sitting in my van until Wednesday. I decided I was going to pull up to my back porch and slide the desk out of the van and down the steps myself. Luckily my husband was home so he helped me carry the monster in! That box was HEAVY! It took me two hours to put the desk together. It would have been faster if 1) I didn’t have 3 children climbing all over me 2) my screwdriver didn’t run out of juice and 3) my PTing daughter didn’t poop her pants 🙁 It wasn’t the hardest piece of furniture to put together. Just heavy and awkward. I think it’s one of the first times that I didn’t screw up and put the finished edge in the wrong spot! Here’s some pictures of my desk building adventure!

You can even see I got the desk next to it cleaned off before this pic!

You must tell me where you found that. I love it! I’ve been wanting to replace my desk for forever.
