Are you UnBreakable? This month Netflix has premiered a new show called Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. If you are looking for a funny show that is definitely quotable, you should check this out!

From “30 Rock” executive producers Tina Fey and Robert Carlock comes this hilarious comedy series starring Ellie Kemper (“The Office,” “Bridesmaids”) as a woman who is rescued from a doomsday cult and starts life over as a nanny for a socialite (Jane Krakowski from “30 Rock”) in New York City. Armed with just a backpack, light-up sneakers and a couple of past-due library books, she takes on a world she didn’t think even existed anymore.

Come on, tell me you haven’t done that with your cat at least once? My husband isn’t as into this show as I am. I think it’s pretty darn funny! Can you imagine living 15 years underground thinking that the whole world is gone above you? Kimmy was kidnapped and led to believe just that! All of a sudden they were rescued and Kimmy decides to move to New York to see what life has to offer. I am halfway through the series now and can’t wait for some more me time to sit down and finish it up! Check out some of the fun tweets about the show:

Here are some titles you may want to check out before they’re gone on April 1: Annie, Clue The Movie, Coneheads, Friday the 13th, Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, Get Shorty, Good Morning Vietnam, Mystic Pizza, Pee-Wee’s Big Adventure, Rachel Ray’s Week in a Day Collection, Sense & Sensibility, and The Karate Kid.

I always loved watching Annie when I was little. I’m thinking the kids and I should have a movie night this week and check it out before it leaves next week. What movie do you like out of the ones going away? Have you checked out Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt yet?

I LOVED this. Can’t wait for more. I think it’s probably more a female show and even more loved by those of us who were in our teens and twenties in the 90s!
