Note: I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Welch’s. I received product samples to facilitate my review, and a promotional item as a thank you for participating.

Welch's Share What's GoodOur lives are hectic and finding time to make memories as a family feels like it’s something that happens few and far between. I feel like we’re always on the go! One thing we all look forward to is our family “reunion” vacation that we take to the Wisconsin Dells every August. This past August we made some great memories as our small family and the larger family including Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.  The picture I have above was taken at Kaminsky’s Steakhouse in Wisconsin Dells. We had the chance to have a REALLY nice dinner with Grandma and Grandpa. There were so many memories made this trip. We had time at one point where we did a family picture with everyone in it. Little Man can’t take a normal picture, I’m sure you’ve seen evidence on my blog; he’s always doing something crazy with his face or hands. At one point we were told to “Do the Little Man” and everyone made faces or posed with their bodies in the picture. It was funny and a great memory we made. (Unfortunately I haven’t seen the pictures yet so I couldn’t share with you.)

We haven’t taken the kids on a vacation, other than to visit my out if state family. But I don’t think the memories have to be planned. I think it’s everyday things, like bedtime routines, running jokes, favorite activities that are done as a family, holiday traditions and celebrations. The running around, the scouting events that you run for your kids, being there for their sports games and dance recitals, volunteering in their classes, those are great memories you are giving your children day in and day out!

    I love this campaign!

We don’t take many family photos – but we make plenty of fun memories!

What a fun campaign. Unfortunately I am an awful photographer but we share lots of fun memories through the year…

We had a great vacation the year before but were unable to do so this year. It is such a blessing to be able to vacation with family.
