12 Weeks Pregnant

I made it to 12 weeks! I’m starting to feel baby move a little more which is exciting! The nausea is starting to go away as long as I eat on a regular basis. I’m still pretty tired around lunch time each day and would like to take a nap. Having all three kids home for summer vacation makes that pretty hard because sure enough, as soon as I close my eyes and drift off, someone is in there asking me for something or complaining that someone hit them. There’s only about 4 weeks left until the older two go back to school, though. The kids are starting to get more excited. Buddy asked me today when I find out what we’re having.

I’m extremely excited, because this week while I’m downtown for a blogging convention I’ll be going to a Blogger Baby Shower sponsored by The Baby Ladies (learn more about the shower here). I can’t wait to connect with all the brands that are going to be there and to start finding items to review for this little one. Seeing their Aunt’s baby present sitting in the living room for a week has made the kids excited to start seeing stuff for our baby.

I have to go this week for the usual blood work for new pregnancies and I go next week for my next follow up appointment. I’m hoping this time we can actually hear baby’s heartbeat on the fetal monitor! I’ll be back to update you soon.

She also covers product reviews and travel as well.

Paula, I’m so happy for you. You are looking awesome. I fee your pain with trying to rest and having all 3 little ones at home, hang in there, 2 will soon go back to school and time does go faster than expected.
    Always wishing you the best!!!
