Taco BurgerI was asked by McCormick Seasonings and The Motherhood to create an easy taco recipe for a quick and easy taco night. I saw this recipe on the McCormick Seasonings website and knew this was the winner for my family. When I went to the store to get the spices I needed for the burger I had inspiration strike and decided I wanted to make taco tots as well! With Cinco de Mayo coming up and the weather getting nicer, this is a great way to be able to take your celebration outside to the grill if you want.

Cheesy Taco Burger

From now until May 31, McCormick is having a Pinterest contest where you can win 1 of 30 kits of assorted spices for your future taco nights. You need to go to the Pinterest pin any taco recipe to your own Pinterest boards. Tag your posts with #McCormickTacoNight and @FrostedFingers. Readers that participate will be randomly chosen by The Motherhood.

Pinterest Taco NightMy family loved these cheeseburgers and we will definitely have them again! Just an FYI if you are gluten free, the McCormick Cheesy Taco Seasoning packet does have gluten in it. I ate my burger wrapped in lettuce to make it gluten free but then read the packet and found out it had gluten in it. Good thing I haven’t been strict about it lately. Two of the kids weren’t that fond of the taco tots, but I liked them! Overall this was a simple and very delicious recipe. Don’t forget to enter the Pinterest contest above!
