Shaklee 180 I haven’t had a chance to update you on my weight loss in a few weeks because I keep seeming to be sick on Mondays when I want to sit down and write about it. This has been one heck of a winter for my family and I’m dying to have Spring start so we can air out our house and get healthy! The last time I updated you was a month ago. I guess it’s time to take some pictures again!! I’ll post those next week since I’m not in the mood today to do it.

So far I’m pretty happy with the Shaklee180 program. If you don’t know, with the Shaklee180 program you drink one smoothee and eat a meal bar once a day with a healthy meal for your third meal. The food items on Shaklee are all non-GMO and gluten free. I’m starting to wonder if I need to let go of all gluten because when I do eat a third meal and it contains gluten it makes me feel ill. This week I’ve been having eggs for breakfast and then trying to do the Shaklee foods for lunch and dinner.

I started the program on March 1st with a weigh in of 207.8. I was actually up from my last weigh in, which stunk, but I’ve done awesome since then! I had an AWESOME milestone this week… I hit ONDERLAND!! I don’t remember the last time I was under 200 pounds.

Onderland! Weigh in for Shaklee180 That means since I started Shaklee180 I have lost 8.4 pounds!! I’m definitely seeing some progress and am so excited. You can see my loss chart below. I included my last weigh in from my last competition as well.

Weight Loss Jars

Those jars above are my physical reminder of what I’ve lost and what I still have to lose. Once I get all those on the left into the jar on the right I plan to put pretty fake flowers in it to keep as a reminder of how far I’ve come. So far I have 15 little red diamonds on the right side since I’ve lost 15 pounds. I can’t wait to see them all over there on the right!

Full Disclosure:  This is a sponsored post as part of the Shaklee Corporation blogger program.  I have received free products, online support and incentives for participating.  My opinions are my own.

People following the weight-loss portion of the Shaklee 180™ Program can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week.

I love it! Go you, Paula! And the term ONEderland? It took me a minute to get it, but that’s an awesome description. Keep with it, and I can’t wait to see you at the end!
