I was recently given the new Soundfreaq Sound Kick Speaker to review and I am in music heaven! Music is so important to me. I hate quiet, unless I’m trying to sleep or read. Riding in a car with no music is like pure torture to me. So when I heard about the new Soundfreaq speaker I immediately wanted to give it a try. When working in my office, all I have is, not so great, laptop speakers to listen to my music, plus having it come right out of where I’m working is kind of annoying. I love that I can place my Soundfreaq anywhere in my room to listen to it. It’s rechargeable, so it doesn’t even need to be near a plug at the time you’re using it as long as you’ve charged it! It now follows me all over the house as I’m doing things.

This radio/cd player is what I currently have in my kitchen. I loved it because I could plug my phone into it and listen to the music either from the internet or that was on my phone’s memory card. The downsides were that I didn’t have another plug to plug my phone into the wall to charge while playing and my newest phone, the Intuition, is too large to be held in that phone holder underneath. With the Soundfreaq, I don’t have any of those problems! I can plug my phone in on the other side of the room from the Soundfreaq to charge and still be able to listen to it seamlessly. The Soundfreaq will connect to anything that has Bluetooth capabilities. I have had no problems connecting to either my Intuition or Xyboard. It’s been so nice to get into the holiday mood while baking all these cookies that I have coming up, because I can listen to holiday music streamed through IHeartRadio. If I’m working or working out I like to listen to my P!NK channel. The other nice thing, is that the Soundfreaq’s sound quality is amazing compared to that little under cabinet system. I totally want one of these speakers for every room in my house! For now I can settle with the fact that it’s simple to carry around from room to room and not have to worry about a plug. I just plug it in at night to charge while I’m sleeping, along with all my other daily use electronics.

The Soundfreaq speakers come in many different colors. I have black and am very happy with the color I have. I don’t need anything colorful. To see them all you can visit the Soundfreaq Store. The Soundfreaq Sound Kick runs $99.99 and would make a great gift to someone in your life that has a love of music like me.

I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Soundfreaq and received a product sample to facilitate my review.

The SoundFreaq sounds awesome! I don’t know if I’d spend $99.99 on it, but I could watch for sales!!
