Being a mom to three is busy work! The crazy thing is, we’re debating adding a #4! So far our youngest isn’t doing a lot of activities. He has gymnastics once a week during school hours, so there’s not a lot of running around for him.Â
Buddy, on the other hand. He’s my schedule hog! He just finished up his soccer season. I think he scored 5 goals this season! Soccer was a huge amount of time each week. He used to have practice on Monday and Friday and games on Saturday morning. He’s also a Wolf Cub Scout and guess who his den leader is… that’s right, me! As if that’s not enough, last year’s Cub Master had to move out of state and no one was stepping in, so my husband stepped up to plate! He has a sports break right now. He wants to do gymnastics but we already missed sign ups for that. He plans to do spring baseball again, too. He also takes piano lessons every week with Grandma. He’s my busy, busy boy!
Monkey is currently in a Young Rembrandt class once a week. I think she does amazing for being 5! That above is the first picture she brought home. She drew that freehand! It’s a frog floating in an inner tube in water. She LOVES her art class. That is definitely where she excels. If only I could get her to sit down and learn her numbers and letters so well. She is also about to become a Daisy Girl Scout. Can you guess who HER leader is? Yes, you have that right; me again. Someone talk some sense into me! 🙂 She probably won’t start piano lessons until she turns 6 in the spring. She also wants to do gymnastics or dance classes. She did cheer-leading last year and really liked it.Â
