I got this recipe from my friend Di last year. It is so easy and sooo yummy. Another one my husband loved. (Ha, he thinks he won’t have a problem with Christmas cookies. I think he forgets how many yummy ones there are!)

This is so much simpler (and less messy) than the recipe I’ve used in the past for Thumbprint Cookies (dip in egg whites, roll in nuts, etc.) but they look equally yummy. Is that some kind of icing draped over the cookies?

It’s melted white chocolate that I drizzled over the cookies. Sorry for my delayed response!
