Are your children interested in learning more about music? The Outer Toons is a great band for them! A little bit about them from their website:
The Outer Toons is a band that has dedicated itself to entertaining, inspiring, and educating children, families and the world with quality music set in a family-friendly, fun environment.
Original music and cartoon themes make their live show both educational and entertaining. From performing in schools to theme parks to venues throughout the country, The Outer Toons plan to give back to what they feel is the most important aspect of education: MUSIC.
The music on this album is so fun and upbeat. To preview any of the songs, visit them at CD Baby. Little man dances away to the song Powerhouse. My favorite is Beethoven’s Rhapsody. I love that they not only teach you about Reading Rhythms, but about The Saxophone and that No Math= No Music. Music is very important in our household. My husband’s family is extremely musically talented and I played clarinet, sax, percussion and sang in choir. Both my husband and I marched drum corps. That’s what led me to find The Outer Toons. Ricky McDoogle was my instructor in Southwind Drum and Bugle Corps. Another cool thing about The Outer Toons is if you live in the Central Florida area, they teach music lessons! I suggest getting children into music early. In order to do that, you can win a copy of The Outer Toons Volume I! Please help support child friendly, educational music!
