Our house was beautiful. We had enough room for everyone. I never felt crowded. My house mates were:

Blondie *housemom
Jessica B
Candy
Laurie
Lynsey *my roomie
Kori
Shannon

I got in late Thursday night. We did our icebreakers over at Trisha’s house then went over to our house to settle in and supposedly sleep. Lynsey and I were having way too much talking and catching up to sleep, though. I think we finally fell asleep and got 4 hours!

Hanging at the house

Friday night we braved the cold and went out to the hot tub. It sure took a while to warm up, but once it did, it was heaven! That is, until we had to get out… brrrr! (Note… do not turn  on the heater in a Florida house if you do not want the smoke alarm to go off!) Again, Lynsey and I stayed up talking too late. Finally Saturday, some of the girls found the game room and played air hockey while others chatted in the family room.

Blondie and Maggie

Sunday morning Candy made us eggs, bacon, toast and pancakes for breakfast. YUM! It was soooo nice to wake up to the smell of bacon in the morning. The only time I smell bacon in my house is if I’m the one up cooking it!

We had to drive through the subdivision many times to get to all our activities and I finally had Lynsey stop once so I could take a picture of the view. You don’t really find hills in Florida, so I needed to take a picture of the view from Windsor Hills:

I really enjoyed my time staying in a Global Resort Home and will totally rent one the next time I’m staying in the Orlando area! The ONLY thing I could have really used while I was there was a dresser in my room because I’m an unpacker. Whenever I travel anywhere I immediately unpack and settle in when I get there. I’ll leave you with one last picture collage of our house:
