With Pull-ups new Potty Break section on their website, they are trying to give you the tools to get your child excited about Potty Training. Too bad it’s not helping Little  Man. He’s just so not interested yet. On the site you can set a character themed timer or have Mater or Cinderella call your little one to help inspire them to potty train. Little Man can’t stop talking about how Mater called him. I don’t think it really pushed him towards training, though. Nothing’s working with him so far. I think I just need a week at home with no distractions to work him through it. He’s a stubborn one! We will have a half a good day of potty training and then by the afternoon he says it’s too hard and he doesn’t want to go on the potty anymore. We set a timer for every 15 minutes. It’s hit or miss, though. He’ll get off the potty and a minute later pee all over himself. It’ll happen, I know it will. It’s just getting frustrating since he’s 3.5. I’m ready to be done with diapers!

One of the things I think that is most awesome about the new Pull-Ups is that they have tabs like diapers on the sides now so that when your child does have an accident you have the option of closing it up just like a diaper. I hate having to roll potty training pants in on themselves to try to close them up. It looks like we may have to use these Pull-Ups for a little while longer and I will for sure be using this brand since they have those tabs. They’ve totally got me sold!

If you’d like to check out Little Man’s video, you can see below. You can’t hear Mater’s side, but if you go to the Potty Break area of the site you can listen to either Mater or Cinderella before your child gets the call.

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Pull-Ups. I received a product sample to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for participating

I’m going to agree with them about the car being the most difficult spot when potty training!
