This recipe is asked for every Christmas from my family. I made up double batches of single serve wreaths to pass out with my Christmas cookies and then for the Christmas party I made up a double batch giant wreath. This recipe is super simple and tastes yummy!

Cornflake Wreath Cookies

1/2 c butter

3 c miniature marshmallows

1/2 t almond extract

1/2 t vanilla extract

1 t green food color

4 c corn flakes

red hot candies

silver dragees

Melt butter, add marshmallows, stirring until all marshmallows are melted. Add extracts and food coloring; stir until it is a uniform green color. When mixture is smooth, add corn flakes; mix well but gently so as not to crush the cornflakes. Form into wreath shapes on sheets of waxed paper, decorate with red cinnamon candies and silver dragees. (I just used red dot candies.) Let cool.

Wow! I’ve never seen those before! Is that one big giant wreath and a bunch of little cookie sized ones? Brilliant.
