Sometimes you just need a little help to make dinner come together faster. We really like sweet and sour chicken in our house so I wanted to give the new Kraft Recipe Makers a try and see how it would work for us. Their recipe only calls for white rice, but I like fried rice with it, so I made that to share with you.
One thing I found is that I really like my sweet and sour chicken to have a coating on it. Of course I missed the tip at the bottom of the box telling me I could omit the fresh chicken and use 1 lb of cooked breaded chicken tenders. I will definitely give it a try that way next time.
