Note: I was given Shaklee 180 products in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.Shaklee 180

Month one is complete for my Shaklee 180 program. Only 5 more to go and I sure hope I see some better results. I surely can’t blame Shaklee, because you have to stick to the program for it to work! I was doing really well at the beginning of the month and posted that I reached Onederland. Well, the next week became crazy and hectic and I gained 5 stinkin pounds! As you can see below, I did lose all but one of those pounds, so I guess I did very well this month overall. I’ve even lost a few inches, too.

This next month my focus will be on working out as well as Shaklee. This past week I even went gluten free for my third meal each day. I figured since Shaklee is already gluten free for 2 out of my 3 meals, it should be too hard to finish off my day with the same. It’s not always easy, especially when I made my favorite honey bread and honey butter for everyone at Easter. The part that aggravated me was that I avoided the bread but ended up accidentally having gluten anyway because it was hidden in the cheesy potatoes that were made. I’m going to continue trying to be gluten free for at least another week and see how I feel.

Month 3 Weight Loss 2013

I didn’t really think I’d see a big difference in my pictures. I don’t see a lot between February and April, but I do definitely see a difference between January and April. If you’d like to hear a little about how I’m liking the program, I recorded my first vlog for Shaklee this morning. If you’d like to learn more about Shaklee products or would like to try out the Shaklee 180 program, please visit my Shaklee page.

Full Disclosure: This is a sponsored post as part of the Shaklee Corporation blogger program. I have received free products, online support and incentives for participating. My opinions are my own.
People following the weight-loss portion of the Shaklee 180™ Program can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week.
