Have you run into the new Coca-Cola Freestyle machine yet? I remember the first time I saw one and how overwhelmed I was by the choices! (A lot of people are.) I love these machines. My only complaint, though, is there’s only one per restaurant and with all the choices it can form a line very quickly.
I have run into the machine so far at Moe’s Southwest Grill (my favorite fast food restaurant), Noodles and Company, Chili’s and today I got to play with it at Smashburger. It was my first time at Smashburger. Pretty good food, you should check it out!
I don’t get to drink soda much anymore since I gave up caffeine. Most restaurants don’t have caffeine free Diet Coke in their machines and I don’t like to drink my calories so soda is usually out. I love that not only can I get some caffeine free Diet Coke to take care of my Coke cravings, but I can get it flavored with many different flavors! I started off today getting a Cherry Vanilla Diet Coke. I went back up to get a Cherry Diet Coke, but the machine ran out of cherry flavor. I ended up getting Orange Diet Coke, which was interesting. Little Man decided to try Cherry Hi-C today. Here’s all the choices you get on the Chili’s:
Sorry the pic is a little blurry, I took it with my phone. The options are endless! The other really nice thing about the Freestyle machine is that if you do choose to add a flavor to your zero or low calorie drink, it stays a zero or low calorie drink. To find out more about the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine or to find one near you, you can visit they’re website. There is even a Freestyle app that works on both Apple and Android.

my kids think they are like video games, they could stand there forever hitting that screen trying to decide on a flavor. (and then they will still end up mixing multiple things in a cup, gag)
