You may remember that I was supposed to go visit the Annie’s Slice of Happiness tour last month. I was really excited to go, too! Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperating that day. It was cold and rainy and by the time we got to the tour stop the truck had decided to move on. My kids and were really looking forward to trying the pizza that day. Instead I went to Whole Foods and picked up a couple of Annie’s organic pizzas for my family to try.

I like the little food chain type diagram on the box. (I left the picture clickable so that you can open it up a little bigger.) The pizzas were $10.99 each at Whole Foods, which I think is pretty high for a pizza. I love Annie’s brand, though. I’m hoping that they start selling this pizza at Meijer because Whole Foods is a hike for me and I’d like to continue to buy Annie’s Organic pizza.

I am now a huge fan of the Annie’s Organic pizzas. I think the taste is awesome and the crust was perfect. If anything, there could just be a little more seasonings around the outside, rising crust part. My kids gobbled it down. My husband would have liked to see a plain sausage pizza. I’m not sure if they’re available and just not where I was shopping or not. They had a supreme pizza, which my husband would have liked, but he would have eaten that pizza all alone. The little two only like cheese on their pizza. Buddy likes pepperoni or sausage. I like pepperoni or cheese. It’s hard to order for my family when it comes to pizza!

The Slice of Happiness tour still has two more stops!

We really enjoy Annie’s products in my home! I didn’t know they offered pizza crust. Friday is pizza night in my house, and we’ve keep saying we are going to make our own, but I never get the dough done in time, now I can use Annie’s!

It’s not a crust, it’s a fully made pizza in the freezer aisle.

Yum!! 10.99 is a bit of a stretch but I recently saw spaghetti sauce for $10 a jar, so…maybe? (It was organic, etc…another big organic brand that starts with “A”) I do love pizza!!

That pizza looks delicious! How was the sauce? (I find that frozen pizza has too much sauce for my taste.) I’ll have to try it out!

I don’t remember it being super saucy. I don’t like a lot of sauce, either.
