Banana Boat Sunscreen Natural Reflect Lotion 101 Days of Summer Play party

I was asked to host a 101 Days of Summer Play party by Banana Boat Sunscreen. I was asked to have a group of friends with their kids come over to have a fun outside day. I set up my brand new pop up tent that I bought to have the food in the shade, pulled out some chairs and yard games. The weather was absolutely perfect! It was not too hot and we actually got a little chilled sitting in the shade. I picked up some frozen pizzas, hummus, chips, juice boxes and bomb pops so we could have a lunch play date. The other moms brought some fruit and brownies to pass around. I put out frisbees, lawn horse shoes and bean bags for the kids to play with, plus soccer balls, our swing set and play house. It seemed like the kids had a blast playing! The horse shoes game got put away quickly because one of the stakes was quickly pulled out of the ground and used as a weapon. Whoops! They had the most fun with the Banana Boat frisbees and swingset. They were all slathered up with Banana Boat Natural Reflect sunscreen and no one went home burnt!

Banana Boat is taking pledges from parents who will try to encourage their kids to play outside every day this summer. We’re having a dry spell, so I believe my kids have played outside at least a little while every day since there’s been no storms to stop them. For every pledge made, they will donate one bottle of Banana Boat® Sunscreen Natural Reflect Lotion* to the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, a summer camp for children coping with cancer and other serious illnesses. Take the pledge here.

If you’re interested in trying the new Banana Boat Natural Reflect Sunscreen, I’m giving away a gift pack below. There are three types of Natural Reflect. All come in SPF 50+; there are regular, baby and kids versions.

Banana Boat® Brand has added a new, natural sunscreen to its line of effective, proven protection. This 100% naturally sourced mineral sunscreen, active with Zinc Oxide, deflects UVA and UVB rays — and is ideal for sensitive and delicate skin.

a Rafflecopter giveaway

I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Banana Boat® Sun Care and received a party kit to facilitate my review, party kits to give to my guests, and a promotional item to thank me for taking the time to participate.
