This was my favorite drink at the Sandra Lee Summer Carnival event. I am glad I had to get on the plane so I couldn’t have more than one!
Meringue Marg Recipe #bySandraLee
Servings 1 glass
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces margarita mix
- 4 ounces crushed ice
- 1 teaspoon meringue cookie crumbs
- 1 fresh lime wedge
Instructions

Combine margarita mix and ice in a blender.

Rub the rim of the chilled margarita glass with lime and then dip into crushed meringues.

Pour into the glass and garnish with lime wedge.
This recipe is by Sandra Lee and I didn’t actually make it. I just tasted it at the Sandra Lee event in NYC.
I don’t do margaritas but this one sounds interesting
