While I was at BlogHer a few months ago, I got to try Coffe-mate’s new Natural Bliss Creamers. They have three different flavors to choose from: Caramel, Sweet Cream and Vanilla. My favorite is caramel. (That happens to be my favorite anything, though!) The nice thing about Natural Bliss is that it has simple ingredients: Nonfat milk, heavy cream, sugar and all-natural flavors. There’s no additives, preservatives or artificial ingredients.

I really liked the smoothie! I wasn’t too sure about it at first because I’m not a huge banana fan, but by the time I got to the end of the glass I wanted more.
