Taste from Home

Frito Lay asked me to share a recipe with you that reminds me of home. My mom used to make meatloaf for us so I figured I’d try something new and instead of using as much bread crumbs as I would normally use, I would substitute Sour Cream and Onion Lay’s Potato Chips. I was going to try it with the Creamy Garlic Ranch chips, because it’s our Regional flavor, but there were none in the store when I went shopping. I’d also like to try the Tangy Carolina BBQ chips. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do. Also, please scroll all the way to the bottom to enter to win your own pack of Frito Lay Regionally Inspired Lay’s.
