Angel Hair Pasta

i got this recipe from my mother in law. She normally makes it look prettier by leaving about an inch of each sauce showing around the edge. So pouring each sauce in a smaller rectangle on top. I like to spread all 3 sauces all over so that they are not all concentrated in the middle.

1 box Angel Hair Pasta

1 jar Marinara Sauce

1 jar Alfredo Sauce

1 jar Pesto Sauce

Boil pasta until done. Preheat oven to 350. Drain pasta and put into baking dish. Spread marinara sauce over pasta. Spread Alfredo sauce over marinara. Spread pesto sauce over Alfredo sauce. Bake in oven for 20-30 mins. (When Alfredo starts to brown a little, it’s done.) Totally fast and easy dinner! (NOT good for the waist line, though!) 🙂

it was really good when you made it for Davids bday. I make a spaghetti pie similar to this using ricotta and mozzarella mixed in with the red and alfredo sauces. Makenna calls it pink sauce because red and white make pink

This looks really yummy and easy! You could probably make your own pesto (sub chicken broth for some of the olive oil) and make a light alfredo sauce to cut down on the calories. Then it’s not as fast a dish, but it would be a little healthier.

Thanks for the ideas! I normally make my own pesto from the package and olive oil.

What an easy dish! I like that is probably something my kids will actually eat! 🙂 Have you ever tried other pasta like penne?
