Tortellini Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Frozen Tortellini
  • 5 oz Fresh Spinach
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 2 cans Italian Style Diced Tomatoes undrained
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese

Instructions

  1. Place all items except for the cream cheese in a pot on the stove and cook on medium for about 30 minutes.
  2. Cut up the cream cheese and add to the soup. Cook for another 30 minutes.
  3. Serve with a side of bread.
  4. NOTE: You can also place all these items in a crockpot on low for 5-6 hours if you want to have it ready to come home to on a busy day.
