Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 small chicken breasts
  • olive oil
  • 2 cans 10.75 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 soup can of milk
  • 1/2 soup can of half and half
  • broccoli
  • 1 c minute rice- I used brown
  • 5 T Butter
  • 1 c bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Cut your chicken into bite size pieces and put in pan with olive oil. Cook until no longer pink.
  2. While your chicken is cooking combine your soups, milk and half and half well. Chop up your broccoli. (If you like your broccoli soft, you may want to steam it a bit before putting it in the casserole.)
  3. Combine the chicken, soup mixture, broccoli and rice in a casserole dish.
  4. Melt butter and combine with bread crumbs. Spread mixture over your casserole.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
