Gluten Free Cherry Crisp Recipe with Fresh Cherries

Ingredients

  • 4 cups pitted sour cherries
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 4 tablespoons Gluten Free Flour If you don't care about gluten free, you can use all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Coat 9x13 dish with coconut oil or spray with non-stick spray
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the cherries, 4 tablespoons of flour and white sugar.
  4. Pour cherry mixture into dish.
  5. Combine the oats, 1 cup flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and melted butter together. Crumble evenly over the cherry mixture.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Top with ice cream or whipped cream
