Thumb Print Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg sugar cookie mix
  • 1 pkg cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c oil
  • splash of milk
  • fruit preserves of your choice

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl (except for preserves.)
  2. Scoop mixture out with a teaspoon. Roll into a ball. Poke a small hole in the top of your cookie. Scoop 1/4 t of preserves in top of cookie.
  3. Bake at 350 for approx 12 mins; when cookie starts to turn slightly brown. Cool on wire rack.
