KITK: Chewy Caramel Chip Cookies

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
  • 1 cup Heath Bits O'Brickle Toffee Bits
  • 2 cups Kraft Caramel Bits


  1. Heat oven to 350 F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper or lightly grease.
  2. Beat butter, sugars, vanilla, eggs, and salt in large bowl until blended.
  3. In a separate bowl stir together flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar. Gradually add to butter mixture, beating until blended.
  4. Stir in toffee bits and caramel bits.
  5. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto prepared cookie sheet.
  6. Bake 8-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Cool slightly then remove to wire rack
  8. Cool completely
