White Chocolate Pudding Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 sleeves Graham Crackers
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2- 4 serving boxes of Instant White Chocolate Pudding
  • 3 cups Milk I used whole
  • Cool Whip or Whipped Cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. In a food processor, grind up your graham crackers. You will only use 1.5 cups in this recipe so you can save the extras if you'd like.
  3. Mix graham crackers, sugar, melted butter and cinnamon until well blended. Press the mixture into your 8 or 9 inch pie plate.
  4. Bake your pie crust for 7 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the white chocolate pudding and milk until well blended.
  6. Pour pudding into pie shell and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  7. Top with Cool Whip or Whipped Cream and serve.
