Preheat oven to 400. Start browning sausage.

When oven is preheated, prebake your pizza dough for 8 minutes.

Add butter to sausage and cook until melted.

Add flour and stir.

Slowly add milk, a dash of salt and black pepper and stir.

Add in brown sugar and cook until incorporated.

Slowly add in half and half.

Continue cooking until gravy bubbles and thickens.

In separate pan, scramble eggs.

Spread gravy mixture over pizza dough then sprinkle with scrambled eggs and cheese.

Put back in the oven for approx 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
