Heat oven to 350. Grease loaf pan. In small bowl, combine all filling ingredients and beat at medium speed until smooth, about one minute. Set aside.

In large bowl, combine all bread ingredients and stir 50-75 strokes with spoon until mix is moistened. Pour half of batter into greased pan; pour filling over batter and spread to cover. Pour remaining bread batter over filling. To marble, pull knife through batter in wide curves; turn pan and repeat. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mix.

Bake at 350 for 65-75 minutes until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan. Cool one hour or until completely cooled before slicing. Wrap tightly and store in refrigerator.
