Weigh in Wednesday- March 24

Well I was back on track. I was tracking food and was on track to go to the gym 3 times last week. I went once. Once we found out we were approved for a mortgage our whole lives have been about finding a house. We were eating on the go and I had to miss both gym appointments to go out with our Realtor. I’m hoping to get going again soon. I’m very stressed and food is not the number 1 priority.

This week’s results:

Last Week’s Weight 188- Current Weight 188= Down 0 lbs

Start Weight 198- Current Weight 188 = Down 10 lbs total!

Weigh In Wednesday- March 17

I’m back on the right track, finally! I’ve been journaling my food. (That doesn’t mean I’m eating perfectly, just writing it all down!) This week I’ll be going to the gym 3 times. I went yesterday for a personal training appointment and man am I sore! Tomorrow is my Biggest Loser workout. Saturday I have a Biggest Loser workshop I have to go to. (Saturday is also My and Charlie’s birthdays so we’ll be going out that night. I’ll be good within reason. I’m not going to completely blow everything I’ve done but I’m not going to eat like a bunny, either!) I lost the weight I put on last week, thank goodness!!

This week’s results:

Last Week’s Weight 190- Current Weight 188= Down 2 lbs!

Start Weight 198- Current Weight 188 = Down 10 lbs total!

The bad eating has officially caught up with me. :( I, once again, only made it to the gym once. It really is time to kick it into gear. I do have a couple of NSVs, though! I was able to take the bra extenders off of all my bras! My jeans still fit very loose and I think it’s about time to get some new jeans. (Thrift store here I come!) So on to the next week.

Start Weight 198- Current Weight 190= Down 8 lbs total!

Blog the Weight Away – Weigh In Wednesday March 3

Well, I know that last week I said I’d do better. I didn’t. :( My week consisted of one workout, french fries, eggs, sausage, blueberry muffins, cookies, brownies… I fully expected a gain when I got on the scale this morning. I was completely shocked when my weight came up!! On the plus side, I think, I need to get new pants and bras. (It costs money to get such things, but it’s worth it to have this problem!!)

Start Weight 198- Current Weight 188= Down 10 lbs total!

I am SO excited to have broken out of the 190s! I’m that much farther away from the dreaded 200! That much closer to my goal weight!!

Blog the Weight Away – Weigh In Wednesday Feb 24

It was not a good week. I was surprised when I stepped on the scale this morning! I only made it to the gym once due to the kids’ stomach issues and I had book club Friday, couponing class and dinner at a friend’s Sat. Then Sunday morning Cadence slammed her head into my nose. I had a headache from 7am Sunday morning until this afternoon (Wednesday.) Back to the gym tomorrow for my Biggest Loser workout. I will still have to fit in 2 more workouts this week. EEK! I haven’t been journaling my food very well, either. I lost track around Friday sometime. Moving on to the next week. I WILL do better!

Start Weight 198- Current Weight 191= Down 7 lbs total!

Blog the Weight Away – Weigh in Wednesday Feb 17

Last week I went to the gym 3 times. I went Wednesday night to Body Shaping. OUCH! She was telling us to tighten our abs while doing the exercises and I couldn’t find them to tighten them. Let me tell you, I found them the next day!! Thursday morning was my Biggest Loser workout at the gym. I was dragging after the class the night before. I pushed as hard as I could, though. Friday morning I had a workout with a personal trainer. She had me doing squats, pushups, crunches and leg lifts. These were extreme leg lifts, though! I had to lay on the floor, hold her ankles and bring my legs up from floor to her chest! I tracked my food every day last week which was good for me. I had a really bad eating day on Saturday (stinkin McDonald’s.) Monday for some reason I was craving peanut butter and felt like I was starving all day. On to the results…

Start Weight 198- Current Weight 192= Down 6 lbs total!
