I wanted a quick and easy dessert and when I was in Walmart the other day checking out the Gluten Free items I saw Glutino Chocolate Chip cookies and decided to make the kids and I some ice cream sandwiches out of them. I had originally intended to make my homemade vanilla ice cream, but I knew I didn’t have time because of baseball so I just picked up some vanilla ice cream with the cookies.

  2. We are at a high of 15 and a low of -7 in my area, so ice cream isn’t at the top of my list, but I love making homemade ice cream sandwiches. You can get so creative with the shapes and flavors, plus you can make enough for the whole family for the price of one from the grocery store!!
